She has successfully developed and executed strategies for firms expanding into international jurisdictions; developed highly profitable new practice areas for international US firms expanding in the UK & Europe; expanded market share for specialist practice areas of leading white shoe firms; improved market position of under-recognised firms enabling capture of high-value clients; established new practice areas and expanded market share of a number of leading London law firms; and secured leading status for a recently established litigation funder, ahead of more established firms.

Suzanne’s exposure across different industry sectors, including law, financial services, hedge funds, legal tech and fin tech have enabled her to develop best practice skills and systems and transfer these across industry, bringing creative and innovative solutions which are out of reach of those operating in a single industry, as is common with in-house business development and marketing teams.
