Suzanne Orfali


Has over 17 years experience in business development and client relations. Her strength lies in understanding a business and developing strategies that focus on both identifying opportunities to generate new revenues and boost profitability and also creating such opportunities through innovative initiatives that drive all elements of business development and a firm’s business interest forwards.

Suzanne’s exposure across different industry sectors, which include, law, financial services, and hedge fund have enabled her to develop best practice skills and transfer these across industry, subsequently bringing creative and innovative solutions that challenge the norm and push boundaries. This promotes growth and development.

Suzanne was a graduate at Bloomberg where she received extensive training in consultative selling and analytics (solution based consulting). Armed with a law degree and MBA, Suzanne set about making changes to how law firms and businesses carry out their business development. Working closely with Partners and high level Directors, she implemented business development strategies which generated real results and pushed revenues forwards. The Partners and Directors Suzanne has worked with have pipelines of new  business and are savvy in harvesting client relationships. Nothing is left to chance and all opportunities are identified and leveraged.

Suzanne’s key areas of practice are new business strategy and execution, client relationship management, client retention, lead generation, proposal strategy, strategic positioning, opportunity networks, and negotiating to close.

Bobby began his career as a graphic designer at a successful Liverpool agency over 22 years ago. Since then, he has worked with many esteemed brands including De Vere Hotels, The Wimbledon Championships, HBOS, Liverpool Football Club and many more.

Bobby expanded his exposure and developed his creativity on the international platform working with leading agencies in Sydney, LA and Bangkok. Since returning to the UK a decade later, Bobby continues to add value to all his clients, and delivers results that push the brand identity of numerous professional service firms, developers, and local government forward. Working closely with our business development team, Bobby’s insight into the positive evolution of a brand’s identity only strengthens AUTEM’s offering to its clients. Having a strong brand identity enables the business development for businesses.
