Her strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills have led to successful collaborations with international businesses, where she has played a key role in defining brand identities, enhancing corporate visuals, and implementing high-impact design solutions. Her work has been recognized internationally, including winning the Romania Logo Design Award and being featured in publications such as Basic Identity (Index Book, Spain) and Basic Brochures (2011).

Emilia is currently Head of Branding and Identity at Autem, where she leads the development and execution of brand strategies, corporate identity systems, and design solutions that enhance market positioning. Prior to this, she worked in marketing at SAFI/NATIONALA Asigurari S.A., where she contributed to market research, target audience identification, and promotional strategies.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Arts in Bucharest. Her expertise in delivering impactful, brand-focused design solutions has made her a trusted creative partner for businesses seeking to establish or redefine their market presence.
