AUTEM is committed to protecting your personal data. We take information privacy seriously and want you to be confident that your personal information is secure. This Privacy Notice relates to the use of personal information we collect from you via our website, in conversation with us, by phone, email, in correspondence and in person. It also tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Where do we send your information?
If you are a UK or European Union resident we need to tell you that your personal information may be sent outside of the EEA (European Economic Area). Our digital storage or the digital storage of our third party partners may be located outside of the EEA.
We will, where necessary, put in place appropriate safeguards with all contractors/suppliers to ensure your information is protected.
How long do we keep your information?
We do not retain personal information for any longer than is necessary for achieving the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires.

How does AUTEM keep your data secure?
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. The methods and procedures we have put in place include both physical and IT security measures and is under constant review. These include restricting access to information to just key members of staff to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We operate a robust hardware password policy to gain access to any devices. Any cloud services we use (Google Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox) all have stringent security measures in place.
Can I obtain a copy of, amend or delete personal information that AUTEM has about me?
Yes. Email AUTEM at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to the address below to review, amend or delete your information. AUTEM aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data.
In most circumstances, you have the right:
To access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Right of Access)
To rectify any personal data held about you that is inaccurate (Right to Rectification)
To request the deletion of personal data held about you (Right to Erasure)

To data portability for the information you provide to AUTEM. You can request to obtain a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic format so that you can manage and move it.
In order to confirm your identity, you will need to provide copies of two forms of identification from the following: driving licence, birth certificate, passport, utility bill*, vehicle registration document or bank statement*
* less than 3 months old.
We will respond to you within 30 days of confirmation of your identity. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
Third party websites
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
